Upgrade to the NEW Radcal IIIU Dynalyzer

Dynalyzer II,III, IIIA, & IIIACT HVU

BENEFITS: upgrade from Dynalyzer II or Dynalyzer III A to the Dynalyzer IIIU

1. 
Measure the filament current of CT and HF generators by extending the measurement to DC.   The older Dynalyzers did not measure filament current below about 20 Hz.  This feature utilizes a Hall-effect current sensor to replace the transformer used previously.  The bandwidth of the new filament-current measurement extends from DC to 20 KHz.
2. 
Increased sensitivity for measuring anode current in fluoroscopic systems.  In Fluoro mode the anode-current measurement is 20 times more sensitive.
3. 
Wide-range power supply.  Allows accurate measurements in the presence of power-line disturbances.  With the new supply line-voltage sags to 90V have no effect.
4. 
Re-Engineered signal-processing circuitry to reduce noise and drift.  The instrument will remain in calibration longer.
5. 
Improved layout and added protective circuits so the signal-processing circuitry better withstands tube arcing.
6. 
Fill the High-voltage unit to the maximum rated pressure with sulfur hexafluoride insulating gas.  This assures safe and accurate measurement at the maximum rated voltage.
7. 
Helium leak test the High-voltage unit to find and fix slow leaks that can reduce the insulating-gas pressure to unsafe levels.
8.   
Full factory calibration after testing the completed system for conformance to current specifications.

Please Note: All prices assume your equipment is in good working order when received at the Radcal factory. If repairs are required, they are performed at our standard labor rates. Parts are extra. All Radcal upgrades come with a full one year factory warranty (from the date of shipment).
